This spell closes all wounds, neutralizes any poison, cures all diseases, and lifts any curses affecting the creature when it died. The spell replaces damaged or missing organs and limbs. If the creature was undead, it is restored to its non-undead form.

SPELL VARIANT #1
Casting Time 1 hour
Range Touch
Components V, S, M
Duration Instantaneous
You touch a creature that has been dead for no longer than 200 years and that died for any reason except old age. If the creature’s soul is free and willing, the creature is restored to life with all its hit points.
This spell closes all wounds, neutralizes any poison, cures all diseases, and lifts any curses affecting the creature when it died. The spell replaces damaged or missing organs and limbs.
- Unintelligent undead. The target is restored to its living form and the spell can even provide a new body if the original no longer exists, in which case you must speak the creature’s name. The creature then appears in an unoccupied space you choose within 10 feet of you. If such option is employed, then you can resurrect a creature that has been dead for no longer than 500 years.
- Intelligent undead. The target can resist this spell effect with a Charisma saving throw. If the saving throw fails, then the target is brought back to life in the same way an unintelligent undead is.
- Liches, Mummies and similar undead. If the target is un undead that has achieved or undergone undead status by means of rituals or similar magical effects, then its undead status cannot be reversed. The spell deals instead 20d10 radiant damage to the target. A successful Charisma saving throw halves the damage. This variant does not require diamonds worth 25,000 gp.
Components. A sprinkle of holy water and diamonds worth at least 25,000 gp, which the spell consumes.
