Joyful Presence. Any non-eladrin creature that starts its turn within 60 feet of the e ladrin must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature becomes charmed by the eladrin for 1 minute. On a successful save, the creature becomes immune to any eladrin’s Joyful Presence for 24 hours. Whenever the eladrin deals damage to the charmed creature, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Magic Resistance. The eladrin has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

ACTIONS

5th Edition Advanced Mode
Limiting the power of a character and making the overall difficulty of the game harder, does not reduce the creativity, indeed it does quite the opposite.
The Game Master has the option to use any and all of the instances proposed in this guide, or just some of them according to their preference.

It is the lack of something that move and motivate characters, not the abundance of it

DESCRIPTION

Spring Eladrin are a type of fey that embody the joy and playfulness of the season of spring. They have green skin and hair, and flowers bloom from their body. They are energetic and exuberant, always looking for new experiences and adventures. They love to make friends and share their happiness with others. Spring Eladrin are often curious and whimsical, but they can also be mischievous and pranksters. They are loyal to their allies and enemies of those who threaten the beauty and harmony of the Feywild.

COMBAT

Spring Eladrin are not fond of violence, but they will fight to defend themselves or their friends. They prefer to use their charm and wit to avoid or resolve conflicts, but they can also use their magic to aid them in battle. Spring Eladrin have the ability to teleport short distances using their Fey Step, which they can also use to help a willing creature within 5 feet of them. They also have a Joyful Presence that can charm any non-eladrin creature that starts its turn within 60 feet of them, unless they succeed on a Wisdom saving throw. Spring Eladrin are resistant to nonmagical physical damage, and have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. They are skilled in deception and persuasion, and can use their charisma to influence others.

HABITAT / SOCIETY

Spring Eladrin live in the Feywild, a realm of beauty, unpredictable emotion, and boundless magic. They are nomadic and wander through the various regions of the Feywild, exploring its wonders and meeting its inhabitants. They often travel in groups of friends or family, or join other eladrin of different seasons. Spring Eladrin are friendly and sociable, and enjoy interacting with other fey and creatures that share their values. They are especially fond of animals and plants, and often care for them or adopt them as companions. Spring Eladrin are chaotic neutral in alignment, meaning they value their freedom and individuality over laws and order.

ECOLOGY

Spring Eladrin are part of the natural cycle of the Feywild, changing their appearance and personality according to their emotions. They can shift to another season if they experience a strong emotion that matches that season, such as anger for summer, sorrow for autumn, or hope for winter. Spring Eladrin are usually happy and optimistic, but they can also be sad or angry if something bad happens to them or their loved ones. Spring Eladrin do not age like mortals, but they can die from violence or disease. They do not need to eat or sleep, but they enjoy doing so for pleasure. Spring Eladrin reproduce by exchanging flowers with a partner of their choice, creating a new eladrin child that inherits traits from both parents.
