The psionicist teleports to a safe location of his choice as a mental and instinctive reaction when specific conditions are met. The psionicist must be conscious and aware when the established conditions occur.
When the conditions are met, the psionicist must have enough PSPs to trigger the reaction that will teleport him to the desired location.
The Initial Cost of this psionic power is zero when the psionic power is initiated, and is delayed until the conditions trigger the teleport as described below:
