A group of at least three psionicists delves into the past searching for memories in the form of psychic residues left behind by the mind of people long ago.
Every psionicist taking part in the retrospection must know the convergence psionic power.
The Initial Cost is 120 PSPs, which is divided among all the psionicist taking part in the convergence, while the Maintenance Cost is paid by every psionicist separately.
Any of the psionicist, but one at time, can ask a question about specific events occurred in the past.
Every turn of question and answer require 10 minutes to complete.
The quality of the answer depends on the DC of the Power Check, as described below:
Extremely Vague (DC 12). The answer transmits the strongest emotions and feelings and some fragmented mental images reatained by the memories.
Incomplete (DC 14). The answer transmits emotions and feelings, both strong and weak, even if these are in contrast with one another. Mental images of faces appears in the psionicist mind.
Complete but specific (DC 16). The answer trasmits emotions and feelings, both strong and weak. Intentions, ambitions, dreams and secrets emerge from the memories. Mental images of people, faces, and partial details of their daily life appear in the psionicist mind as a coherent sequence of events, even if not complete.
Complete and specific (DC 18). The answer transmits a good picture of what was going on, who the memories belonged to, details about their life and their social interactions with other memories. Dates, specific events, facts of daily life, are still available.
The memories cannot transmit a one-hundred percent complete picture of what the past was for them, so the level of details must be handled by the Game Master, who has the last word on the matter.
The memories preserve the traits of the personality they belonged to, even if they are only a shadow of what they were as a whole, it is also possible to encounter two memories of the same person, each one bearing different kind information.
