The psionicist grafts a one-handed weapon onto one of his arms, or a two-handed weapon onto both his arms.

This psionic power does not grant proficiency with the weapon.

Whether the psionicist is proficient or not with the weapon he grafts, he gains a +1 bonus on hit rolls ranged weapons and a +1 bonus on damage rolls with melee weapons.

The object must not be necessarily a weapon, technically, the psionicist can graft onto one of his arms any object and eventually use it as an improvised weapon.

The definition of arm includes any extremities related to the limb, so the fingers and the palm are still part of the arm. For example, the psionicist could graft a key onto one or more of his fingers, or a gem onto his palm.
