The psionicist splices two or more different psionic powers and release the effect as an action in the next round.
The DC of the Power Check to initiate the splice depends on how many psionic powers the psionicist is slicing together.
For each psionic power beyond the first, add 2 points to the DC of the power check.
The Initial Cost is 5 PSPs for every psionic power being spliced.
The Preparation Time is required to prepare all the psionic powers the psionicist wants to splice, while in the next round, or any subsequent round, the psionicist will be able to initiate them.
The Maintenance Cost is 1 PSPs per round for every spliced psionic power the psionicist spliced.
Every psionic power object of splicing must be unleashed at once, in the same round, and each one requires its own power check, has its initial cost, and has its maintenance cost if present.
