The psionicist reduces length and thickness of his body, or any part of his body, up to a factor of 8 times.
For every factor of reduction double the Initial Cost in PSPs.
For example, a 6 feet high psionicist, can reduce his size to 3 feet (factor 2), by paying 2 PSPs of Initial Cost. In the same way, a psionicist with a wrist of 8 inches of circumference, can shrink it to become 1 inch (factor 3) by paying 4 PSPs of Initial Cost.
