The psionicist launch an assault to the target’s neurological system causing an overload in its bioelectrical processes.

The mind of the target ceases to function for few seconds, and the damage caused by this mental attack depends on how many PSPs are spent to initiate this psionic power.

The psionicist inflicts 1d6 psychic damage for every 6 PSPs spent. A successful Constitution saving throw halves the damage.

If the target fails the Constitution saving throw, then it takes full damage and suffers one of the following harmful conditions rolled randomly, until the beginning of its next round:

  1. Blinded.
  2. Deafened.
  3. Frightened.
  4. Incapacitated.
  5. Paralyzed.
  6. Stunned.
  7. Unconscious.
  8. Roll two times, if a condition is rolled two times, then it will last one additional round.

In addition, if the target fails the saving throw, then the psionicist automatically establish contact with the target’s mind at no cost.
