“Heal your mind and you will heal your body”

The psionicist heal himself of wounds, diseases, ability score losses, and other afflictions that are not magical by entering a state of trance.

The trance may last 1 hour (short rest), 8 hours (long rest), or 24 hours (complete rest).

The duration of the trance depends on what kind of afflictions the psionicist wants to heal.

At the end of the trance, the healing process is complete and the PSPs are subtracted from the PSPs pool.

The trance can be interrupted only by inflicting physical harm to the psionicist, and if such an event occurs, then the psionicist wakes up and half of the assigned PSPs are wasted.

Before entering the trance, the psionicist must decide what kind of affliction he wants his body to heal. This choice determines the Initial Cost and the Maintenance Cost, as described below:

*The initial cost to restore ability score loss is equal to the value of the ability score.

The psionicist can initiate one or more of the above-mentioned instances, provided he has enough PSPs to initiate and maintain this psionic power. This psionic power cannot regenerate or reattach lost limbs or body parts and cannot heal wounds, diseases, ability score loss, or afflictions caused by magical effects.
