Keen Hearing and Smell. The grimlock has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Stone Camouflage. The grimlock has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in rocky terrain.

DESCRIPTION

A Grimlock Champion is a powerful and fearsome leader of a grimlock tribe, a race of monstrous humanoids that dwell in the Underdark. Grimlocks are the degenerated descendants of humans who wandered into the dark depths of the world centuries ago and adapted to their harsh environment. Grimlocks have thick, scaly, gray skin that is often scarred from hunting and fighting in their narrow tunnels. They have long, black, filthy hair and sharp teeth. Their eyes are either blank white orbs or covered by skin, as they are completely blind. Instead, they rely on their keen hearing and smell, as well as a form of echolocation, to perceive their surroundings. Grimlocks wear little clothing or armor, except for some leather belts, harnesses, and bracers. They also adorn themselves with decorative designs scarred into their skin, marking their status and achievements.
