“Sound is the vocabulary of nature”

The psionicist can alter, modulate and amplify the waves the sound produces in the environment within the area of effect. This psionic power works both with gaseous and liquid fluids.

He can, for example, remodulate the sound of the fire crackling in a camp into the flowing water of a water stream. He can also neutralize complete sounds, thus producing an effect of complete silence, or the opposite, transforming a light noise into a deafening scream.

The psionicist can create a burst of thunder damage when the psionic power is initiated or during the maintenance. This action requires the psionicist to spend a certain amount of PSPs to transform the sound into thunder damage. However, if the targeted area is under the effect of a silence spell or a similar effect, this psionic power is useless.

Thunder damage. 1d6 radiant damage for every 8 PSPs spent, up to a maximum of 10d6.

A successful Constitution saving throw halves the damage. A target who fails the saving throw suffers full damage and is deafened until the beginning of its next round.
