“Will moves the universe”

Telekinesis allows the psionicist to move targets through space without touching them. The heavier the target, the higher the cost in terms of PSPs will be.

The psionicist can control more than one target at a time, as long as they have PSPs available and enough actions to do it.

• Initial Cost. The cost to activate this psionic power equals the target weight expressed in lbs.
• Maintenance Cost. The cost to maintain this psionic power equals 1 PSP for every 10 lbs. the target weights.
• Telekinetic capacity. The amount of weight the psionicist can move with the force of its mind depends on its wisdom score. Multiply the Wisdom score by 15 to obtain the maximum telekinetic capacity of the psionicist.

Once in control of a target, the psionicist can use them to accomplish both combat and non-combat actions.

Stand still. The target remains motionless, but still in control of the psionicist, which is not exercising any force on the target.

Move the target. The target moves pushed by the psionicist. Moving a target more than 30 feet requires the psionicist to increasingly focus on the target’s weight.

Use the target. The target can be used to perform a skill check, where appropriate. The psionicist can employ up to two targets in a single round by transforming the remaining action into a move action.

Melee Attack. The psionicist can make a melee attack and uses its intelligence modifier as a bonus to both hit and damage rolls.
