Eye of the Sun. Each round, he may unleash from his eye a stream of solar flame that has a range of 400 feet and inflicts 4d20 points of damage to anyone it touches. Victims are entitled to roll a DC 30 dexterity saving throw to take only half damage.

Banisher. In addition, he can use his ankh to instantly destroy any form of undead creature or any being that is not on its home plane.

Spells. He has access to any sphere or school of magic for his spells. but favors those spells that employ fire, heat, or bright light.

DESCRIPTION

Ra’s avatar takes the form of a large and powerful warrior with a hawk’s head. His left eye glows brightly, for it is a piece of the sun. Ra’s avatar often carries a glowing ankh as a symbol of his great power and is often found riding Manjet or Mesektet. Although the avatar will fight if pressed, he prefers to negotiate solutions to problems.
