Dive Attack (suggested). The eagle can perform a dive attack if it attacks from a height of 100 feet at least. While doing so, the eagle gains advantage with both talon attacks and inflicts double damage.

Grab on the Fly (suggested). If the eagle succeeds in at least one talon attack while performing the Dive Attack, then a target of Small or smaller size is automatically grappled. The next round, the target may attempt to escape the grapple (escape DC 8) or can attack the eagle with disadvantage. The eagle can release the grapple at any moment and have the target suffers appropriate fall damage.

Keen Sight. The eagle has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

5th Edition Advanced Mode
Limiting the power of a character and making the overall difficulty of the game harder, does not reduce the creativity, indeed it does quite the opposite.
The Game Master has the option to use any and all of the instances proposed in this guide, or just some of them according to their preference.

It is the lack of something that move and motivate characters, not the abundance of it

DESCRIPTION

Eagles are large, majestic birds of prey that have a powerful build and a heavier head and beak than other birds. They have broad wings that allow them to fly faster and soar higher than most other creatures. Their feathers are usually brown, black, or white, and they have sharp eyes that can see small animals from great distances away. Eagles are often seen as symbols of nobility or as divine messengers by many cultures and religions

COMBAT

Eagles hunt their prey from the sky using their keen sight, which gives them advantage on perception checks that rely on sight. They capture food with their long and powerful talons, which can slash through flesh and bone with ease. Eagles are not afraid to defend themselves or their territory from intruders, and will attack with courage and ferocity.

HABITAT / SOCIETY

Eagles prefer to live in temperate climates, where they can find plenty of food and nesting sites. They often dwell on tall trees or high cliffs, where they can have a clear view of their surroundings and avoid predators. Eagles are mostly solitary creatures, but they may form pairs or small groups during the mating season. They mate for life and raise their young together, teaching them how to fly and hunt. Eagles are loyal to their mates and offspring, and will protect them at all costs.

ECOLOGY

Eagles are carnivorous creatures that feed on a variety of animals, such as rodents, rabbits, fish, snakes, lizards, and even smaller birds. They may also scavenge carrion or steal food from other predators. Eagles play an important role in the ecosystem, as they help control the population of their prey and prevent the spread of diseases. Eagles are also revered by many people, who admire their beauty, strength, and intelligence. Some people may even worship eagles as sacred animals or use their feathers, bones, or claws for rituals or magic.
