5th Edition Advanced Mode
Limiting the power of a character and making the overall difficulty of the game harder, does not reduce the creativity, indeed it does quite the opposite.
The Game Master has the option to use any and all of the instances proposed in this guide, or just some of them according to their preference.

It is the lack of something that move and motivate characters, not the abundance of it

DESCRIPTION

The tiger is a large, powerful, and majestic feline that can be found in various climates and terrains. It has a muscular body covered with striped fur, usually orange and black, but sometimes white or golden. It has a long tail, sharp claws, and fangs that can deliver a deadly bite. The tiger is an intelligent and cunning hunter, capable of tracking its prey by scent and pouncing on it with great speed and force. The tiger is also a graceful and agile creature, able to climb trees, swim across rivers, and leap over obstacles.

COMBAT

The tiger prefers to ambush its prey, using its keen sense of smell and stealth to approach unnoticed. It then charges at its target, slashing with its claws and biting with its jaws. If the prey is larger or stronger than the tiger, it may try to knock it prone with its pounce ability, allowing it to make an extra bite attack as a bonus action. The tiger is also adept at fighting in groups, coordinating its attacks with other tigers or allies. The tiger is not afraid to fight back if threatened or provoked, but it may retreat if outnumbered or outmatched.

HABITAT / SOCIETY

The tiger is a solitary animal, roaming vast territories in search of food and water. It marks its domain with urine and scratches, warning other tigers to stay away. The only exception is during the mating season, when a male and a female tiger may form a temporary bond and produce a litter of cubs. The female tiger raises the cubs alone, teaching them how to hunt and survive until they are old enough to fend for themselves. The tiger is generally indifferent to other creatures, unless they are potential prey or competitors. The tiger may occasionally form alliances with other predators, such as lions or wolves, for mutual benefit.

ECOLOGY

The tiger is an apex predator, meaning it has no natural enemies except humans. It feeds on a variety of animals, such as deer, boar, buffalo, and even crocodiles. The tiger plays an important role in maintaining the balance of the ecosystem, by controlling the population of herbivores and scavengers. The tiger is also revered by many cultures, who see it as a symbol of strength, courage, and royalty. Some people worship the tiger as a divine being, while others hunt it for its fur, bones, and teeth. The tiger is also susceptible to lycanthropy, a curse that transforms it into a weretiger: a humanoid-tiger hybrid that can shift between forms at will.
