The psionicist release a wave of psionic energies inside the target’s mind that affects its nervous system and reset all cognitive processes.
The psionicist inflicts 1d12 psychic damage for every 10 PSPs spent, to maximum of 1d12 damage for every point of Intelligence or Wisdom, whichever is higher.
All the damage taken by the targe is non-lethal however, but if the target drops to zero hit points it will fall unconscious.
Every round thereafter, the target recovers 1d12 psychic damage per round.
This psionic power also produces recurring harmful effects due to the mental shock suffered by the brain.
