This spell turns the flesh of a willing creature you touch as hard as stone. The target gains 1d4 temporary hit points per caster level that can absorb non-magical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. The spell ends when all the temporary hit points are lost or the duration expires, whichever occurs first. This spell variant doesn’t require concentration.
At Higher Level. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, you add +1 to each die for each slot level above 4th

This spell turns the flesh of a willing creature you touch as hard as stone. Until the spell ends, the target has resistance to nonmagical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. Also, the creature gains +4 bonus on armor class, but the bonus doesn’t stack with other armors worn.
At Higher Level. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you gain +6 bonus on armor class; when you cast this spell using a spell slot of 8th level or higher you gain resistance to magical bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage.
