The psionicist sends his thoughts into someone else’s mind. The thoughts can be information on an attempt to distract the target.
This type of communication is one-way only.
If this psionic power is used to send information, the information can be manifested inside the target’s mind as images, words, text, sensation, emotion, feelings or whatever the psionicist finds appropriate.
If this psionic power is used to distract the target, then the target must make a Wisdom saving throw. If the saving throw is successful, then the psionicist will have to spend an additional amount of PSPs equal to the target’s saving throw.
However, succeeding at a saving throw, does not stop the distraction created by the psionicist, unless the psionicist exhaust his pool of PSPs.
A target distracted by this psionic power suffers 1d4 penalty on its saving throws, skills checks and attack rolls.
If the target is a spellcaster and is casting a spell, then it must make a Constitution saving throw to maintain the concentration.
