The psionicist can compel one or more targets to accomplish actions according to the psionicist will. Once contact is established, the psionicist can spend one action to use the domination on the target’s mind.
The psionicist must establish a contact separately with each target.
Exercing the psionicist’s will on the target’s mind counts as a bonus action.
The target is aware of being dominated, but cannot resist the commands of the psionicist unless it makes a successful Charisma saving throw with a DC equals to the psionicist’s Power Check roll.
As soon as the psionicist can maintain the contact with the target, it can continue to use this psionic power on the target’s mind. The target can be forced to use any power or special ability it possesses, provided the psionicist knows about it.
If the psionic wants the target to cast a specific spell, then the psionic must know that the target knows that specific spell.
If the psionic doesn’t know, it can’t force the target unless it probes the target’s mind searching for the knowledge the target possesses.
The maintenance cost of this psionic power equal two times the PSPs required to establish the contact.
The DC to initiate this psionic power increases by 1 point for each dominated creature beyond the first.
