The psionicist discover the true identity of a creature by accessig the main cognitive processes that define the creature.

Every round spent searching inside the target’s mind, the psionicist unveils one of the following details about the creature:

  • Alignment.
  • Weaknesses. One weakness per round.
  • Immunities. One immunities per round.
  • Resistances. One resistance per round.
  • Name. Only if the creature has one.
  • Strength. Very Low (6 or less), Low (7-9), Average(10-13), High (14-16), Very High (17-20), Superior (21 or more).
  • Dexterity. Very Low (6 or less), Low (7-9), Average(10-13), High (14-16), Very High (17-20), Superior (21 or more).
  • Constitution. Very Low (6 or less), Low (7-9), Average(10-13), High (14-16), Very High (17-20), Superior (21 or more).
  • Intelligence. Very Low (6 or less), Low (7-9), Average(10-13), High (14-16), Very High (17-20), Superior (21 or more).
  • Wisdom. Very Low (6 or less), Low (7-9), Average(10-13), High (14-16), Very High (17-20), Superior (21 or more).
  • Charisma. Very Low (6 or less), Low (7-9), Average(10-13), High (14-16), Very High (17-20), Superior (21 or more).
  • Special Abilities. One special ability per round. If the creature can cast spells, only one spell is revealed per round.

This psionic power does not work on creatures with an Intelligence score of 2 or less due to the lack of a proper sense of identity.
