Description. The psionicist can teleport to a “known” (see below) location within the boundaries of the same plane of existence, provided the plane of existence is a Prime Material Plane, an Elemental Plane or any of the Quasi and Para elemental variations. In other words, the plane of existence must be a plane of objective reality. This psionic power doesn’t work within the Outer Planes due to their nature of subjective reality. Also, this psionic power doesn’t work within the Ethereal Plane and the Astral Plane.
“Known” location is any place the psionicist has the chance to visualize in its mind with any means at its disposal. The known location doesn’t need to be a place the psionicist visited. If the destination has been modified at the moment the teleport occurs, the power doesn’t fail.
The teleport is instantaneous. After having spent an action to teleport to the desired location, the psionicist will be able to take a move action.
The psionicist can teleport its own body weight without increasing the Initial Cost. However, if the psionic wish to teleport something or someone else, it will have to pay 10 PSPs for every 50 lbs of extra weight. The limit for teleporting living creatures is four medium sized creatures that can ideally fit in a square of 10 feet. The psionic must be able to physically touch the creatures (skin to skin) he wants to teleport with him. Unwilling creatures in physical contact with the psionic are not entitled a saving throw to resist.
Depending on how far the psionicist wants to teleport, the DC of the Power Check and the Initial Cost both increase as follows:
