The psionicist can drain hit points from a target he is touching add that same amount of this points to his total, but without surpassing his maximum.
This psionic power inflits necrotic damage to the target, so undead are immune to this effect.
The amount of hit points drained each round equal 1d8 plus the psionicist’s Constitution modifier.
If the target has some sort of disease or poisonous effect afflicting its metabolsim, both magical or natural in origin, this can be transfered to the psionicist, who is entitled a proper saving throw to avoid the effect.
