“The nature of matter is one”
The psionicist has awareness of the fundamental truth that rules reality and knows how to change the nature and properties of matter by acting on its atomic structure.
The psionicist can convert one element into another, to a rate of 1 ounce per hour for solid matter and 1 liter for fluid matter (gaseous or liquid), but cannot change the state of the element, so a gaseous fluid can be rearranged into another gaseous fluid, a liquid fluid into another liquid fluid and a solid element into another solid element.
The Initial Cost and the Maintenance Cost depend on the type of matter that the psionicist wants to rearrange, as described in the table below:

The aspect of the rearranged matter will remain identical to the aspect of the original matter, meaning that the psionicist cannot change form and shape.
In addition, the psionicist can imbue the item with special properties by changing its chemical properties, as described below:
- Immunity to one damage type chosen among bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing
- Resistance to one damage type chosen among acid, cold, fire, or lightning
- Increase the critical range of a single weapon by 1 point
- Other effects the Game Master finds appropriate after listening to the explanation provided by the player.
