The psionicist detects the presence of psionic activities within the area of effect.
Psionic activity is defined as the expenditure of PSPs to maintain a psionic power, to intiate a psionic power or the presence of a PSPs pool in a target.
The degree of detection depends on how many rounds the psionicist spends standing in a fix position without moving, as described below:
Round 1. The psionicist detects the presence of psionic energies.
Round 2. The psionicist detects all disciplines used within the area of effect.
Round 3. The psionicist detects and identifies what psionic powers are active within the area of effect.
Round 4. The psionicist quantifies the PSPs pool with a margin of error of 50% of each psionic creature. He can also establish Contact with disadvantage.
Round 5. The psionicist locates the source of psionic energies with a margin of error of 1d10 squares and can establish Contact.
If the psionicist moves, then the round count restart from one.
