The residue of these strong emotions appears in the psionicist’s mind as a shadowy dream, but they are detailed enough to offer him a picture of the past events.
The psionic receives in his mind one picture per round.
How far in the past the psionic can perceive the residue of emotions depends on the Initial Cost he is willing to pay, as described below.
