Once per round, at the beginning of his combat round, the psionicist gets one of the following bonuses on any action that can target an enemy:

  • 1d4 bonus on one initiative
  • 1d4 bonus on one to hit roll
  • 1d4 bonus on one damage roll
  • 1d4 bonus on one saving throw
  • 1d4 bonus on one skill check

If the psionicist has established Contact with a target, he can grant this insight bonus to the target instead.
