Limiting the power of a character and making the overall difficulty of the game harder, does not reduce the creativity, indeed it does quite the opposite.
The Game Master has the option to use any and all of the instances proposed in this guide, or just some of them according to their preference.
It is the lack of something that move and motivate characters, not the abundance of it
DESCRIPTION
The Orc Hand of Yurtrus is a type of orc priest that worships Yurtrus, the orc god of death and disease. Yurtrus is a horrifying abomination covered in rot and infection, except for his perfect, smooth white hands. The Orc Hand of Yurtrus wears pale gloves made of the bleached skin of other humanoids (preferably elves), symbolizing their connection with Yurtrus, and are sometimes called “white hands” as a result. The Orc Hand of Yurtrus has a white hand that is infused with dark necrotic energy, a blessing of Yurtrus, that causes rot and decay. The Orc Hand of Yurtrus is a spellcaster that can use necromantic magic to harm or heal, depending on the situation.

The Orc Hand of Yurtrus is loyal to the tribe and will follow the orders of the orc chief or warlord. The Orc Hand of Yurtrus dwells on the fringes of an orc lair, usually communing with other orcs through the auspices of those who follow Luthic, the orc goddess of fertility and healing. Orcs who die having served the tribe well go on to rituals meant to send them to Gruumsh’s realm, the orc god of conquest and strength.
