The Jailer’s Final Entry: Day 402
The keys are getting heavier every day. The Empire hasn’t sent a supply wagon in months, and the prisoners… they’ve stopped shouting. Now they just whisper. They whisper about the man in the lower block, the one they say was chained so tightly his bones fused with the iron. Last night, I heard the sound of metal dragging across stone in the corridor, but when I looked, the cells were still locked. Something is walking the halls of the Reserva, and it isn’t the living.
The Architecture of Despair
The Forsaken Reserva marks a shift in the series toward a dense, traditional dungeon crawl. Designed for levels 1–3, this module presents a massive, multi-level stone prison that has been reclaimed by shadows and rot.
- The Rumor Mill: Before entering, players can interact with locals or find discarded journals. Use the custom rumor table to determine what they know—or think they know—about the facility’s downfall.

Deep Inside the Stone
The Reserva isn’t just a series of rooms; it’s a gauntlet. From the processing gates to the solitary pits, every corner of this 20-room dungeon offers a different challenge, from mechanical traps left by the guards to the restless dead who never served their full sentences.
- Room-by-Room Density: The module provides detailed descriptions for the first ten rooms, focusing on sensory details—the smell of ozone, the sound of dripping water, and the chilling silence of the wardens’ quarters.

The Terror of the Deep: The Chain Wailer
At the heart of the prison’s lowest level dwells the Chain Wailer. A creature born of absolute agony and iron, it serves as the ultimate sentinel of the Forsaken Reserva. Its screams don’t just echo; they paralyze.
