You are looking for a dnd 5e character sheet pdf fillable and you landed on the right place.
Have a look at the three images below to check the layout of the Dnd 5e character sheet I have prepared for you.
PAGE 1 – Ability scores, Saving throws and other basic information
This page has rooms to note the following information about the player character:
- Character’s name and background.
- Player’s name and character’s race. The square includes standard physical information like Age, Weight, Height, Eyes, Skin and Hair.
- Class. You can take note of up to three class combination, and of each class you can take note of the level, the hit points and the base hit dice granted by that specific class.
- Alignment. If you employ alignment in you sessions you can write here which one best represent you character. In addition, you can keep track of actions that can shift progressively the alignment of your character.
- Experience. Useful to keep track of the experience points accumulated, the experience points required to gain the next level, and the experience points awarded session by session up to six sessions.
- Ability Scores. Ability scores and their modifiers are now well visible. This will prove to be useful for new players who need to check the character sheet and sometimes get confused with the many squares and writings.
- Skills. An easy to spot space where the player can check its skills. Of course, for each skill, you can note the proficiency bonus given by the character’s class, the respective modifier and the total value.
- Armor Class. Initiative and Speed. Again, big space to spot quickly these basic and highly used information. Excellent for new players that now will not get lost in their character sheet, especially when in combat.
- Saving Throws. Right below you find the second most used information, the saving throws. As per the ability scores they are placed near the center of the character sheet so that the player can spot them quickly.
- Notes. Many times the player needs to take note of something about the session. The section is placed in the first page so that the player can easily write and later read whatever he wrote, without turning the sheet once and again to recover the information.
PAGE 2- Items and information about the character class
- Weapons and Damage. This section can contain up to six weapons to employ during combat. Each weapon can display info about the attack bonus and damage dealt. The damage has enough room to include the type of damage or other specific details about he damage.
- Armor and Protections. This section can contain up to six type of armors, or more in general protections that affect the armor class. In addition, for each item, you can take notes about any special abilities granted by the item.
- Equipment. Here you can write the equipment carried by the character. Each line is long enough to write any equipment present in the player’s handbook and eventually include the encumbrance.
- Treasures. This section allows the player to record coins and gemstones. In particular, you can take note of how many gemstones the player has according to the specific gemstone category.
PAGE 3 to 12 – Spells
This page includes all the information, again easy to spot, that a spellcaster needs. Spellcasting Ability, Spell Save DC and Spell Attack Bonus are very easy to spot and recognize.
I prepared one form fillable for each spell level, and each page can contain up to 8 spells, which is enough for most of the circumstances.
