At the center of the stands a another pillar surrounded by set of wood scaffolding.
A group of 10 humanoids (all petitioners) is working at the scaffolding, busy to repair cracks and fissures in the pillar.
A Duergar engineer (Kozaer, primer) is overseeing the operations.
Kozaer is a dwarf who came here from the Prime Material Plane to offer his services in repairing and maintaining the pillars alive.
